This popped up in my YT feed after watching Vancity Audi.

Guy on the island compares Chev 94 winter blend against Shell 91 summer blend. Shell wins.

Is it possible in the GVRD, in November, Shell was moving winter blend while Chevron was still clearing out their inventory of summer fuel?
