Nah, I already have RT off.
I'm currently running the game at 1440p, raytracing off, DLSS on quality, and everything else on or set to high.
I'll get occasional dips into 60s when there's more people and objects on the screen and that's when I start noticing choppiness and judder. It's not just this game though, any time my framerate drops under 70ish, I notice it.
Not sure if this is something that adaptive refresh rate is supposed to fix because the range on my monitor is 48-144.
Over on my television, the same 60FPS runs smooth as butter. Probably something to do with the way 60 divides in 144 or something.
