My CPU % is around 40-45% and GPU around 65-70% (double checked with Afterburner)

When I set it to 4K (using DSR) GPU% goes up to 99% (but frame rate around 40 fps in this scene)

1330P (1.5 native res) gets 90% but 47 FPS

Edit:

4K DSR = 41 FPS, 99% GPU%

1080p = 43 FPS, 60% GPU%
