i know you watch this market closely as i do. I think that the "new normal" price for manual e46 m3's is going to be 25k this year.

Selling cars like this shouldn't be that hard. Take lots of excellent pictures. Address all of the cars issues as well as any internet myths (this has subframe reinforcement which shuts up the punters). Approach the market w well researched pricing, and in this case capitalize on the fact that this is pretty close to an individual build w that interior.
It's been poorly presented for 6? weeks now. The seller is leaving 5 grand on the table selling it this way at this time IMO.
