I'm at 663 hours in my sick bank after 5.5 years @ 135 hours/year (742.5 hours), which works out to about 11 sick days used over that time frame (average of 2/year). And that's with having significant health issues (Crohn's Disease amongst others).

Good on you for being so honest. I've seen many Crohn's patients in emergency, it looks rough. I just double checked my benefits bank this morning and am now above 600 hours as well. Really wish people would be more honest but the system doesn't reward it whatsoever.
