Was I present for this conversation? I was nothing but courteous to all of those guys, same as I was with you. Only once was I even snippy with them, and that was when I was trying to reach you, because I was standing at the dealer with my dick in my hand looking like a total jackass. Even then if they thought that was more than they could handle then jesus christ, 10 ply doesn't even cut it.

As for being told that you never wanted to work on any of my vehicles again, thats bullshit, you never said that. In fact our last conversation ended with you telling me you will get a hold of the wrecking yard in anacis and getting the part that needs to be replaced from them. Like I said in my last post, that was just another promise that was made and you never did anything about it.

?? Huh? My FX had absolutely no lights on the dash when it came into your shop (except for the tire pressure sensor which is because I dont have those in my wheels). So this statement is complete BULLSHIT. My car including AWD, ABS, TCS, VDC, everything. It all worked.

Okay I dont know what you are even trying to say here. But let me say, yes you may have phoned and made an appointment, maybe. But I showed up at the dealer and they didn't know who I was, who you were, or even who your shop is, and that was about 6 people in the place. Megan the person I was told to go see did not work there.

Also yes you were going to pay for that visit, luckily Jagger at Applewood and their master tech were nice enough to do it for free. As for making a scene at the dealer, that's bogus, and I have the young service advisors Jaggers business card, and can phone him tomorrow and corroborate that. Also I had half the sales department and a couple lot attendents and service attendents come and look at the car and admire it. I did not make any scene at the dealer, nor was I loud, rude or anything less than 100% courteous and polite with them. They came out and looked at the car as a courtesy.

I dont appreciate you making me sound like I'm an asshole, when during this whole 5 month debacle I've been pretty passive.

I'm good dude. I wish those young guys the best, I hope they continue and get their red seal licenses, and have great careers.

As for everyone else in this thread or reading this who knows how long in the future, I presented facts in my post. Meanwhile Mac's post not only flat out lies about several things. He also doesn't address any of the issues, and refuses to take accountability even now. A simple apology and acknowledgement that "Hey something went wrong, and we fucked up" would have been nice. But he's not even man enough to do that. So I will revert back to exactly where this thread started:

My car went into MDA in perfect working condition. It came out essentially undriveable, this was to the knowledge of the staff there, and was presented to me as 100% working. To this day my car does not work, and will not until I spend probably $3000 or more dollars on it. If that's the type of service you want, then by all means take your shit to Mac.
