CCP supporters:
The party has a lot of morally issue, infringed on human right, encourage shady international business tactics etc. They prosecute the minority,LGTBQ community. Destroy the environment in the name of business. Steps on democracy with the way they handle Hong Kong. But they are great for the Chinese economy. It’s the results that matter.

Trump supports:
Trump is not perfect. Yea he seems to encourage racist behaviour in his follower. He’s also strip away protection and right for LGTBQ during his team. Enact policies that seperate families and directly affect minority living in the state. Try to undermine the American democratic system on his way out, incite a coup. Blotch the covid response. Undermine efforts of scientist. Undo climate protection in the name of business. But Trump is hard on China! It’s the result that matter!

Honestly if compare results. Trump’s overall result ain’t all that great. Covid was a game changer, sure trump may have dented China with sanctions. But Trump did way bigger damage internally to USA. Which may just give China the upper hand in the next few years to catch up.
