They've been talking about brain drain since I was in elementary school and don't think its "solved". Its quite the complex issue, but as long as the US has higher paying jobs, and a healthcare system that prioritizes profits vs our model of universal health. Its going to continue to happen.
Oh, and didn't we partner with China on a Vaccine Candidate. LOL. That's just amateur hour. Was not surprised to see that blow up in our faces at all.
