If he spent that time harassing him, swapped it over to posting up at a red at any intersection in Vancouver, he would actually make a difference to all the red light runners, u-turners etc.
If they actually properly piled their resources into actual hazardous and dangerous driving, maybe they would actually be doing their job.

Last year, February, family friend was struck and killed by an X5 who blasted through the red... claims they can find the person cuz the grill came off. Till this day, nothing. Like, what the fuck are the VPD doing? Do some real work for fucks sake
