Wife's employer made it mandatory already. HR gave an option to go on unpaid leave if you don't want to get vaccinated. Not a small company either, been around for over 60 years as a non-profit organization working with people/children with disabilities. Honesty kind of a stupid move. You can put pressure on people but making it mandatory is a huge mis-step for any company imo.
