Well, if the safety of your clients (who are in a high risk group) is at stake ... I think it is understandable to require your staff to be vaccinated (eg. working in a care home). You discuss these things when you apply and when you sign the contract then you don't have to worry about that when the time comes.

If your office sells software then I don't see the need to insist that all your staff be vaccinated.

Sorry but individual rights sometimes take a back seat to the rights and well being of the society or the demographic that you are serving or catering to. If you don't understand this simple concept, it means that you are thinking like a child or an adolescent.
