I've walked around False creek seawall many times. Been seeing a lot more ppl using PEV. Haven't seen ppl ride or drive dangerously. Like anything I am sure there are some ass hats out there that will. The shared scooters are garbage. They are slow, and they usually have only a single front brake. I rather just buy my own Xiaomi Pro or Ninebot Max.
