Anything under $1000 is entry level. $1500-3000 gets you a pretty decent E scoot. If you want the "Ferraris" of E scoot, then go check out Dualtron. They are around $5000-10000.
But still nothing compares to E bikes. A good quality E bike like Stromer or OHM start around $6000+
If you love full suspension Specialized Turbo Levo start around $15 grand. lol
