The issue is legality here. You can't really take them anywhere that would be suitable mountain bike terrain as you'll get chased out. And they are not road legal.
Last year no one knew what they were so anybody that stopped us would be more curious than "Karen" about it. Now they have blown up (thanks Justin Bieber
) and everyone that has a pedal assist bike hates on them because they have a throttle control and will eat up trails. Debating putting trials tires on mine so Squamish is a bit more inviting.
