Was speaking with a Bosa guy the other day about building as he has been sitting on a lakefront lot across from ours(were not that well off lol). He was saying it actually makes more sense to do concrete/foam structure now over wood. Concrete hasn’t seen the increases that wood has so pricing is now similar. But you get the efficiency benefits of the concrete. Both thermal/noise and building efficiencies. Interesting...
