Why is "Tonne of Bricks" Horgan not doing more to ensure our infectious contact rate among BC residents goes down? All talk and not much to show for it from "Hulk" Horgan now.
IMO, BC should have had a 28 day lockdown in the winter just like Ontario in order to stop the spread of the UK, South African, and Brazilian variants.
Doug Ford has the balls to impose a lockdown during the winter but not Horgan.
