Its said that the Quran that was recited 1400 years ago is the same that is recited today. So it should be accurate that prophet Mohammed died at 63.
Since then on weve had quite the animal farming, city sewage and spreading of diseases, but once soap was popularized it basically stopped premature deaths, not vaccines.
