Me, I'd probably go to Horseshoe Bay for breakfast then head up to Pemberton and back. With travel restrictions and so many places being closed the public washroom at Horseshoe Bay could come in quite handy. 
Once I confirm that my Roadside Plus coverage covers the rental I'm definitely booking a day off this month for this.
