Pricey card - $699/yr. I'm gonna stick with my World Elite and Infinite cards at that price point.

I made money off my Amex Plat. You get $200 travel credit, but they also have these special offers. Twice, they gave you $200 spending credit at Save-Ons. I basically used it to buy $400 worth of amazon gift cards. Welcome offer at the time was 65k pts which is $650. They had double points redemption offer last summer, so I pretty much redeemed them for cash at $1300.
