Tried checking windows/bios settings
Tried different miners
Tried upgrading nvidia drivers
Tried plugging my monitor into different ports, plugged it into the mb instead too (this works out better because my hashrate increased a few mh/s)
Etc, nothing works, after 9minutes exactly the hashrate halves (miner rebuilds the dag too)
Only workaround I found was to install a mouse jiggler, hashrates been steady since
