This is just my opinion, but if the injury lawyers are taking out radio ads saying the new ICBC scheme is a terrible idea, it's likely a brilliant idea.

I agree. Hopefully the coverages and help will be appropriate in case you need it, but if bloodsucking lawyers are mad and the scammers can't suck 50k's for a 10km/h fender bender claiming excruciating whiplash, for now it's a win.
