Sautee garlic, shallots and some thinly sliced bird chillies, throw in prawns and some cherry tomatoes, smash all the juice out of the tomatoes, toss in some diced preserved lemon and deglaze with white wine, season with salt and pepper, reduce wine down and throw in a shit load of butter. Remove from heat and stir in the butter so it melts in slowly and emulsifies with the tomato juices and wine. Sauce should coat a spoon. Have some toasty bread to mop it up.
