For the past 3 days, I've been noticing quite a few cars/trucks with broken driver side view mirrors. The glass was either shattered or the mirror was completely broken off. All the drivers where just driving along like everything is all chill. Those are the ones that should be getting VI Box 1 by VPD. But nope. WTF.
