I received a letter from ICBC last week (or maybe even earlier) saying that they'll issue the policy rebate electronically to the same account that was used to pay for the auto insurance. As I paid for it in a single lump sum using my credit card, I have been expecting the reimbursement ever since.
But so far, still no dice.
