My understanding from this is, this only applies to friggin City of Vancouver only. So literally you could be living on the border of Vancouver/Burnaby, just drive across the other side and park on Burnaby for free

. This will affect renters, those on fixed income and those that are possessive of parking in front of their house (LIKE MY DAD LOL).
