Yep. Out of all the countries I've been to the worst is Taipei (Hong Kong is not far behind).
Practically 30-35 degrees every day from May to September with humidity from 75 to 90%. Occasional days of 38 degrees with the humidex saying it feels like 45-50 degrees.
Open the door and the hot air just smacks you across the face as you feel like you walked into an oven. Walk outside for 15 seconds and your entire ball sack is sticky and glued to your boxers.
I once walked outside to get something to drink at the Family Mart across the street. Looked at the clock in the square where all the old ladies exercise and retired folks hang out.
It said 40 degrees.
