I assume these things on my ceiling is A/C vents. All of them have cool air shooting out, except for this one in particular. Air isn't coming out of this one and I also noticed there's a lot of dark gray stuff on it. Is that mold or something?

Isn't that thing on your ceiling an air diffuser? I have an air exchanger in my house and every room has one of those in the ceiling.
