Unplug your existing 128GB SSD from the system leaving only the 1TB SSD connected. Boot using a Windows installer thumb drive, hit SHIFT + F10 at the initial screen to open a command prompt and try diskpart there.
This is all assuming you don't care what is on the 1TB SSD and just want the contents of the 128GB SSD on that + have an extra 8xx GB of space.
