We did end up meeting and we were able to talk beyond the chat messages getting deeper into our personal lives as well as life itself. It was good, it was refreshing and it felt like 2018 again. I was already aware she was interested in me (hence asking ME out) so I tried to expand on my qualities that made her interested in me in the first place.

In addition to talking, we held hands, she felt my heartbeat and I gazed into her eyes with that warm smile only matched by the 32 degree humidex.

The highlight was when we got ice cream. I asked her if she wanted to try some of my flavour. She said 'sure'. So, I took a mouthful of mine and kissed her with it. Was about 10 seconds long. I waited for her eyes to close and her lips to relax as that sign of approval. I was a bit anxious and it was a long 10 seconds but despite her initial shock, she loved the spontaneity of it. Her personality was even warmer after that moment.

She wants to meet again.
