I bought a laptop last November and when I try to boot up, it says diagnosing PC and then the screen turns blank indefinitely.
I'm only able to boot up in safe mode.
I have a feeling windows got corrupted somehow, but not sure what's the best thing to do now? Do I have to take it back to the store I bought the laptop from and get a tech to do a windows repair? Or is this something I can do on my own?
From what I'm aware of, I don't think I actually have my own Windows copy when I buy a laptop.
I'm more of a desktop user so troubleshooting laptop is kind of foreign to me.
