I used to be like this all the time when I was younger, so worried what everyone thinks and insecure and low confidence... got set up like shit by my parents and an overbearing dad... I would stop talking like this tbh, seen you mention similar "I doubt that you really like me" type questions that show a lack of confidence in yourself...
Just trust the process, she's at your damn place cuz she wanted to come over... just let it be... you don't need to check some boxes knowing what you have that some other guy doesn't... you just made her think about other dudes when she's with you... what's the win in that right? Have a little faith!!!
