I’m upgrading from my Breville Barista Express and was looking at the Rocket Appartamento because it has a water tank. I’m not looking to plumb in because it limits where I can have the machine so I was wondering if anyone else has any other suggestions for tank machines. Roughly looking to spend ~3k give or take a few.
