The plastic white part can DIY and fix it up. The bottom metal piece I believe moisture got to it over the years and rusted all up that it's all broken into pieces lol. Only want to replace as the window has holes where the screws are. These are windows on the 2nd floor, even without this stupid latch, no one gonna bring a ladder and climb into my house lol. Maybe I'll just fill in the holes with silicon and call it a day. $13 a pop for this damn thing, no thanks...
