Ironically the company I work for was involved in my wife’s identity being stolen and used to open additional unrelated accounts so I’m not entirely assured of my privacy being guaranteed lol. One of the biggest companies in Canada couldn’t guarantee her privacy.

And i can pretty much say with certainty it wasn’t her fault as she is and always has been, over the top cautious. On top of that individuals within our company can access that information via a basic search (SIN, credit history etc)

So if a basic bum new-hire can access this information, im not exactly thrilled to provide any further personal data.
