In respect to mental health .. alot of the workforce in general has or is contemplating quitting due to the sheer stress and added workload. So much has changed in the way organizations manage things, WFH, restructuring and lay offs ..
Personally, my org took an entire department of experts. Trained them for a new role and said to us "this is your job now". Had I known that I could take that as a constructive dismissal of role and would be entitled to full severance. I probably would have taken it. 1 year later, there has been no strategic planning, making knee jerk reactions and not using the tangible data that we've gathered throughout the year.
