At work, I bought 3 all-in-one HP desktops. They have a built in webcam. It works great. Audio and mic is good too.
AIC wouldn't be my first choice, but boss likes them and think it's good value.

At home I have a ThinkPad T460. The webcam is like 480p for a 2017 model LOL. Mic quality is attrocious.
For WFH, I'd highly recommend going with an actual mic set-up, unless you don't want to be heard in meetings. I just did 3 zoom interviews and had to use my phone + wireless earbuds instead.
