We just got a regular dresser ( https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product...white/12564567) and then threw this peanut changer on top: https://www.westcoastkids.ca/keekaroo-peanut-changer#
The peanut changer is VERY nice BUT cold to the touch so we put a mat on top when changing. I'd consider it overkill for most uses.
