If a wall collapsed in my house and I had a virtually unlimited budget, absolutely.

As with anything you over engineer the replacement portions to never be effected by wash outs again. These are small sections to replace not massive stretches.

You think this would take “months” in a country like China, or even the USA for that matter? Highly doubtful.
