There are thousands of machines all along the highway building the pipeline. This is no exaggeration. Right around where the wash outs have happened I know for certain there are
More than enough excavators, bulldozers, etc. they could contract out.the machinery is already there.

And it’s not like anything is happening with the pipeline until this is corrected
