There has already been a DAO that raised money to try to buy one of the original copies of the constitution and we now have one that is trying to buy a NBA team.

The way a DAO works is everyone who is staked gets a vote the more you have staked the more your vote is worth. Anyone can put forward a proposal.

RS could use a DAO to raise money to build a racetrack or an automotive workshop.
