The address is actually 6822, they are probably in the process of trying to change it. Either that or they don't want people looking it up to see the assessments of $75K on the front lot and $2K on the back lot. Once you drop the farm status the assessment will rise and the taxes will skyrocket. If you plan to build the city will make you raise the foundation, it will cost a fortune to put 2 new houses there. And the elevation and ditches, I bet the lots were partially flooded last month. That place is for somebody with deep pockets.
