FYI, I tried out the new Shell touchless wash on Marine/Boundary (edge of River District and it's quite good. Way better than the Esso's I've gone to on Marine and on Kingsway.
I'm ceramic coated and the paint looked nearly clean after a wash (and I was pretty much as filthy as your RAV4). Only the windows were still obviously dirty.
