iirc the calcium in Tums can reduce the effectiveness of other medications, so if you're on anything else watch out for that.

My experience was roughly the same. 2 hrs after the shot (Pfizer for the first two and Moderna this week) I was hit with a lot of fatigue and my thinking/focus took quite the hit. I conked right out for a nap on the couch for a couple hours and was out cold with kids banging on toys and stuff right beside me. No headache, but a very sore arm and chills waking me up a bunch that night. Fatigued and groggy all the next day til the evening, and then I cleared right up and felt good to go at around the 33 hour mark.
