One thing I keep hearing (maybe you know this already), you have to have a competent office manager to run the business side of your own facility. Many put their spouse in charge (sometimes good, sometimes not so good). So many practitioner drown in the billing, admin, negotiating of lease, marketing, etc. that it robs them of their time of what they really enjoy doing, in your case, working with clients.
