I do consulting at a property management brokerage as a side gig. Our plumbers that we call there are super young and have their own business. This dude contracts his work for like $20 - 30/hr to apprentices. Bills us about $150 per 15 min to 1 hour job lol. We average 4 to 8 jobs a month with us per month. He seems to have built a good relationship with many property managers because he bought a detached house recently in Maple Ridge at like 28.
