On the flip side I worked with a red seal electrician who ran a 6 person crew for an electrical company we used for townhomes.
The guy had 3 kids in a 2 bedroom apartment and he came to me one day “damn man..I gotta find sonthing where I make more than $25 an hour”
Lol the fucking guy was like #2 in the entire company and he made peanuts. It’s really about finding the right situation
