I got a Tefal 'pressure multicooker' similar to an Instant Pot (which they don't sell here) a few months ago, and so far the best things I've made in it have been different types of beef stew style dishes. Regular stew of course, but also
Beef Bourguignon, and
Beef Stroganoff. I also have my own recipe for Japanese curry, and I used it to cook the beef, which normally takes several hours. It of course does a great job with that.
The problem I have with this cooker are it's too automatic, so there's no manual pressure release, and the minimum the timer goes to is 12 minutes on the "chicken/duck" setting. Sometimes recipes call for 5-10 minutes, so I have to time it manually and cancel it. Even then, it has to depressurize slowly.
As you can tell, Spruce Eats is a recipe site I like
