It's the gold standard for leaky condos. I grew up in that hood and I remember that building being brand new and then shortly after it had these weird water spots all over the outside walls (later on then learning about leaky condos). That building isn't fixed at all, there was some half ass remediation a few years back but the building is still leaky till this day.

Buddy barely drinks. He milks a beer all night. However, funny story, 1 weekend we got seriously fucked and I didn't drop him off till the next morning like at 5 or 6. He stumbled out of my car then proceeded to puke his lungs out on the front lawn and of course who else opens the front door to start early morning shift.....the MIL. LMAO
