I went to Tech in the early 90's and saw that shit being built. When people think of leaky condo's in VAN, they think of that building. Def stay as far away from it as you can.
I drove past it last week and the outside is disgusting. Green with mildew.
If the owners are lucky, they have fire insurance and the building goes up in flames from an act of god.

Sorry but I have to disagree. It may seem like it is ok, but over time you will grow resentment to your MIL and Wife over the constant berating.
When it's that toxic at home, it will wear on you and you'll either kill yourself, or end up in a divorce.
And hearing how bad it is from 6thgear, don't be surprised they talk in front of the kids. The kids are going to grow up needing professional help too.
