My friend outlined it perfectly.
He said, "Peanutbutter, your opinion isn't worth a damn because you can't afford a $13M condo. If you could, your opinion wouldn't be what it is today"
Thinking about that, I think he's right. I don't have the mindset of someone who could afford a $13M condo.
